ERG Electrics undertakes a range of project type works varying from commercial to light industrial.

Below is a brief overview of various projects that ERG has completed over the years.

 

Busselton Central Shopping Centre Stage 3 & Reading Cinemas

This project was recently completed in September 2023 and consisted of site power upgrades, switchboards, private metering system, general lighting and power, intelligent lighting control, new fire alarm and EWIS, access control, security and CCTV, communications backbone system and people counting system. With new malls, tenancies, amenities and first floor cinema, this was an all inclusive project and excellent exposure for our team.

Southcamp Dunsborough

Completed in April 2023 featuring the new Brewhouse, Café and specialist tenancies. Southcamp Dunsborough was an enjoyable project from start to finish. ERG completed the base build for the client and followed through with the tenancy fit outs with the fit out contractor. Installations included site power, switchboards, external carpark and feature lighting, general lighting and power, intelligent lighting control, access control, security and CCTV, and communications backbone system. ERG followed up with a Christmas stop on our 2023 Christmas Party Tour.

Main Roads Installations

We have completed multiple Main Roads projects including Bunbury Port Access Road Stages 1 and 2, Bussell Highway Duplication Stage 1 and 2, as well as various intersection and bus bay upgrades in the Southwest. These projects include new switchboards, underground power distribution, street lighting poles and fittings and commissioning for MRWA handover.

Froth Bunbrewery

The highly anticipated Froth Bunbrewery was a project that our sparkies were keen to finish and become a customer. Located at the old iconic “Reef” site, this project consisted of the installation of site power, switchboards, feature lighting, general lighting and power, access control, security and CCTV, and brewery electrical services.

Treendale Farm Hotel

The 2020 construction of the Treendale Farm Hotel was the talk of the southwest and continues to be a crowd favourite to this day. ERG installed the site power, switchboards, external carpark and feature lighting, general lighting and power, access control, security and CCTV, and communications backbone system. This has been an ongoing project with upgrades including the Sunroom and Loading Dock recently completed in 2023.

Dale Alcock Bunbury, Homemaker Centre

The new Dale Alcock showrooms and offices was a beautifully aesthetic experience upon completion in 2022. ERG completed the installation of switchboards, architectural feature lighting, display lighting and power, general lighting and power, access control, security and CCTV, and communications backbone system.

Bureau of Meteorology upgrades 2022 – 2023

ERG completed several BoM projects including Serpentine, Halls Creek, Broome, Port Hedland and Gove in the Northern Territory- and this was an excellent opportunity for ERG’s team to expand their knowledge over the 2022 -2023 period. These works included the electrical and earthing services for the BoM sites.

Margaret River Main Street Stage 2 and 3

The ERG team travelled to the beautiful Margaret River to complete stages 2 and 3 of the main street upgrades. This project included the installation of switchboards, shelter and feature lighting, street lighting, park lighting and intelligent lighting control. The systems allow for the pole lights, inground uplighters and shelter lights to really put on a show at the touch of a button. Another successful project completed by our local team.

ERG Electrics Head Office, Davenport.

The ERG Building was a design and construct project was completed in 2008. ERG installed full building automation, security and CCTV systems along with a complete CAT6 communications system.

Bunbury Port Access Road & Rail.

This project consisted of the supply and installation of over 150 Main Road light poles, 50 Western Power light poles, infrastructure to suit poles, lighting over three new bridges and the Collie River Bridge Navigational Lighting System. This project was completed in 2010 on time and on budget.

St Patricks Cathedral, Bunbury

In 2010 works begun to rebuild the demolished St Patricks Cathedral which had been damaged in 2005 when a tornado ripped through Bunbury. This project was successfully completed in 2011. Works completed included the construction of a new cathedral building, diocesan and later a parish centre. All contractors involved worked endlessly to provide an exquisite venue. ERG were awarded a high commendation at the NECA State Awards for excellence.

Woolworths Shopping Centre, Busselton.

The Woolworths Shopping Centre project was constructed in 2012. ERG completed works with time to spare and received a high commendation from the head contractor for the quality and professionalism of works completed. The scope of work completed by ERG included but was not limited to MATV, data and communications, car park lighting, checkout assistance system, switchboard installation, emergency and security lighting.

ERG Electrics worked back to back on this design

And construct project with the head contractor to expand the existing Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre to include a new theatre space, function rooms, commercial kitchen, administration, box office and back of house facilities. Completed in 2014, works accomplished by ERG included; general electrical services, communications, MATV, CBUS lighting control, installation of five switchboards, fire system, security system and the theatre lighting installation and backbone cabling.
